Locals show well at BC Skills Competition

There were eight gold medal winners from the Fraser Valley at the BC Skills competition, held Wednesday at Tradex.
Grace Choi, Ryan White, Kurtis Mar, and Noah Dueck of Robert Bateman all won gold in computer animation.
Alex Hintz of Abbotsford Senior took gold in architectural CAD, Nick Huebert of W. J. Mouat got his in electrical wiring.
Meanwhile from Chilliwack Seth Kushniryk from Sardis Secondary won for IT – Network Systems Administration, and Fergus Dalton, also from Sardis, was awarded gold for Mechanical CAD.

Next up is the national competition in Saskatoon in late May.
