UFV opens brand new Student Union Building

It’s an exciting day at UFV. They’re marking the grand opening of their first ever student union building.
This is a cutting edge project…..almost 47,000 square feet of space at the Abbotsford campus that is housing a variety of student services, clubs, and two new restaurants. The total cost of the project was $17.3 million, and the ribbon cutting is this afternoon at 1.

Student Union Society President Thomas Davies and UFV President Mark Evered will be speaking and then hosting a tour of the new building at 1:30pm.
