Today, 39-year-old Kerry James FROESE was charged in relation to this fatal collision. After an extensive investigation by the Abbotsford Police Department’s Major Crime Unit, a criminal code charge of Failing to Remain at the Scene of an Accident Causing Death was secured. APD investigators hope that with the announcement of the charge, people with information will come forward and do the right thing.
