Fake Accounts Everywhere!

Country artists seem to have a tough time with people making fake accounts using their name! Jake Owen has had many issues with this where a user would have his name as an Instagram or Twitter profile and ask fans for money!

More recent Dallas Smith’s wife Kristen had a fake account contact her and…well she let this person have it *WARNING EXPLICIT LANGUAGE*

Chad Brownlee even had a few fake account pop up!

These guys have been busy as of late. As you can see there is only one of these accounts with a blue check mark. My ONLY Instagram account. I will never have two. Most, if not all of you, are smart enough to pick up on the scamming messages sent from these lost humans. Start hitting that Report and Block button so we can at least minimize the amount of these Mosquitos. Thanks team!

Needless to say Country artists have to deal with this everyday! A few days ago one half of country music duo Brooks & Dunn, Kix Brooks had someone contact his wife asking if she was single!

Maybe if you were gunna pull a stunt like this, do some research LOL

I will advise you to always be sure that the Social Media page is VERIFIED! That little blue check mark can avoid a mess!
