The Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio, California, featured memorable special guest appearances, including Lana Del Rey joining Paul Cauthen for a performance of “Unchained Melody.”  Jelly Roll’s set included appearances by Ernest, Maddie & Tae, T-Pain, and Toby Keith.  The festival also saw performances by Willie Nelson, with Ernest, Charley Crockett, and Reba McEntire joining Miranda Lambert on stage.  Diplo closed the night with a high-energy set featuring guest performers like Shaboozey, Elle King, and HARDY.

Post Malone joined headliner Morgan Wallen for a grand finale at the Stagecoach Country Music Festival, performing their unreleased collaborative track “I Had Some Help.”  The performance was well-received by fans in attendance, but disappointment spread among those unable to watch the live stream on Amazon Prime.  Post Malone also performed a “special set covering country covers” with Brad Paisley, Dwight Yoakam, and Sara Evans, paying tribute to late 90s and early 2000s hits. “At first when I saw the lineup being released, I didn’t really understand why Post Malone was on it or how he would even go about playing country covers since I’ve always known him to be a rap artist, but after watching him, it’s clear country is a part of his nature,” Cara Kurt of Washington expressed. “I wouldn’t be surprised if the genre adopted him altogether. He’s got the star power for it. I’m a fan now.”
