The 4th Annual Victory Walk-a-Run-a-Thon is held to raise awareness and funds for Adult & Teen Challenge Society of BC, Abbotsford Women’s Centre. With roots going back over 55 years, Teen Challenge is a world-renowned discipleship organization for families and individuals struggling with life-controlling drug and alcohol addictions. Adult & Teen Challenge of BC operates 12 month residential programs, with men’s residences in Lake Country and Chilliwack and a women’s residence in Abbotsford. Right now, Adult & Teen Challenge BC provides over 50 residential beds to restore lives devastated by addiction. We provide 24-hour supervision, work experience training, academics, counseling and life transformation to our students. Our primary goal is to restore broken lives and have our graduates return to society as functional, law abiding, contributing citizens. This is a LIFE SAVING ORGANIZATION! Come and join us for an amazing day! Participants compete to see who can complete the most laps around beautiful Mill Lake Park in Abbotsford.
