In recognition of February as heart health month, the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation is pleased to present our annual Step Up 4 Cardiac Health stair climbing event on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Abbotsford Centre. Check in at 9AM, event begins at 9:30 AM.

Step Up is a perfect opportunity to bring your friends, family or co-workers together and kick start your morning while fundraising to support Cardiac Health at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.

Tickets are $25 per person.

The event is all about…

• Stairs…and lots of them! Stair climbing gets results and burns calories four times faster than running.
• Great to tone those legs, buns & thighs!
• The opportunity to set and conquer your own personal challenge.
• You can bring your family and friends. They can sit in the spectator bay and watch you go up, down, up, down, up, down! They can also watch you go round and round on the concourse!
